    1. Temporary off-premises signs and attention-getting devices that are otherwise prohibited may be permitted under UDO 6.8.6 (S) for the purpose of promoting community events, special events, religious events, educational events, charitable events, philanthropic events, etc. must be registered for approval with the Community Development Department a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.
