Street Maintenance Update – September 6, 2019

Microsurfacing in the Fox Pointe Subdivision was postponed but is scheduled to start Monday September 9th.   Temporary road closures will occur between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.  The first round of door hangers will be delivered on Friday September 6th.  Residents receiving door hangers are asked to remove their cars from their driveways and park outside of the red areas by 8:00 AM for the dates indicated on the door hanger.   Additional door hangers will be delivered 1-2 days prior to the start of work.  Please note that work is weather dependent and cannot be completed in the rain or with wet pavement.  Weather permitting, this work will last six consecutive days.

Progress was delayed on Edward Street,  Fox Bend Drive and Hathaway Drive.  Restoration was postponed but is anticipated to start the week of September 9th along with pavement milling.  The contractor’s required completion date is September 24th which includes all paving and restoration.
