Entry Level Firefighter Testing

Street Construction Update

2020 roadway construction will begin the week of June 1st.  Summer construction will include Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Projects, DeKalb County roadwork as well as the City’s annual street program. Johnson Blvd.

Starting Thursday, May 28th, Johnson Blvd. will be one way running east to west. Vehicles will enter on Maple Street and exit onto California Street. This change will be in effect until further notice.

2019 DCCF Grant

The DeKalb County Community Foundation presented a $20,000 Community Development Grant that will fund the majority of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
