   Businesses/groups wishing to participate in the City of Sycamore's 2023 Downtown Trick-or-Treating event must submit this form by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 16th to be included along the State Street route.

   All registered participants will be contacted by Friday, October 20th with an assigned location along the route (between California Street and Route 23).

   Participants are limited to one table each and are responsible for their own treats for distribution.
