New Utility Bills on the Way!

New utility bills are on their way! Please note:

  • Printed copies will arrive in a white envelope with a green stripe across the front noting "UTILITY BILL ENCLOSED."
  • YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER HAS CHANGED and can be found at the top left and bottom right of the bill.
  • Please visit our new CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL. From the portal, residents & businesses can view their bills (up to three years back), pay their bill, and sign up for e-billing. To access your account in the portal, you will need your account number and personal account PIN (located under the Service Details section of your bill).
