City of Sycamore dog owners must purchase City dog tags each calendar year.  The tags are available at the City Clerk’s office at 308 W. State Street and can be purchased with proof of a current rabies vaccination beginning January of each year.  The fee for the tag is $5.00 ...read more

Construction Notice – August 29, 2016

The Illinois Department of Transportation has started preparatory work for the sidewalk ramp replacement program along Route 23. This includes saw cutting in anticipation of removal. Please obey any construction signs and exercise caution when driving or walking in these areas. The City will provide updates as they become available.
